Game Notes: Dedrick Searcy pitched 6 strong
innings for the Chiefs, striking out 9 Loris hitters. Billy
Ferguson closed the game to record the save. 8th grader Will
Hardwick delivered the big hit in the 6th inning to drive in
two runs. Freshman Brandon Miller then hit a single to right
field, moving Hardwick from 1st to 3rd. Hardwick then scored
on a wild pitch to put the Chiefs ahead. |

Game Notes: St. James scored seven runs in
the second and eight runs in the fifth inning as teh Sharks
cruised by the Chiefs. Dedrick Searcy picked up the only NMB
hit of the game. |

Game Notes: NMB opened a 6-0 lead and held
a 9-6 advantage going into the seventh inning. Socastee scored
three runs in the seventh and then the game winner in the eight
for the come-from-behind win. Bill Seddinger and Stephen Butler
each went 3-for-4 at the plate with a RBI. |
